Lodging & Meals

Cragun's has a special two-night package for lodging and meals for those attending MMUA's Summer Conference. You must use their reservation form to make your reservations. No phone calls or online reservations please. This form can also be used to order meal tickets for those not requiring lodging. See the "Commuter Meals" section. You can find more information about Cragun's on their website.

Golf Tournament

MMUA's popular golf tournament will be played on Cragun's Legacy Golf Course. The shot-gun start will be at 1 pm, with check-in at the golf course beginning at noon.

Everyone must pre-register as an individual or as a scramble team. Walk-ins will not be allowed. Participants do not need to attend the conference to play in the tournament.

Tournament Fees
Conference Attendees -- $60 per person (You must register for the 3-day event. Attending the Trade Show only does not qualify for the discount.)
Golf Tournament Only -- $110 per person

To golf with someone specific, please note that on your registration. Be sure to confirm with this group in advance to make sure they are golfing and that they aren't already registered with another team. Individual players without a team designation will be assigned to a team.

Note: You will be directed to a site through Constant Contact for online golf tournament registrations. You can pay for golf on their site, or select "Pay at the Door" option to be billed. Our website does not accommodate the tournament at this time.

Bike Ride

Join us for MMUA's annual bike ride on the black-topped Paul Bunyan Trail. The ride will be out and back so you can turn around at your desired distance. Bikes and helmets will be available for rent or you can bring your own. The ride will start and end at the bike shop that is located in Nisswa next to the trail. It will be an afternoon of fun and beautiful Minnesota scenery.

To rent a bike, please call Trailblazer Bikes at 218.963.0699. You will pick up and pay for your bike rental at the bike shop prior to the start of the ride.

Events for Associate Members

Associate members can have a booth at the trade show to be held on August 16. Reserve your spot by clicking HERE. This one fills up fast so don't delay!

We also have an opportunity for Associate members to sponsor events at the Summer Conference. We will post a sign at the event site with your company's logo and have you listed in the official conference program. To become a sponsor, click HERE and scroll down to the list of Summer Conference events.

How about hosting a hospitality suite? Call Mavis Zachary at 218.825.2852 or email mzachary@craguns.com for more information. Cragun's does not allow you to bring in food items from outside the resort.

Cancellations/Refunds

MMUA charges a $25 per person processing fee for registrations cancelled by August 2, 2016. MMUA must be notified by 4:30 pm on August 2 to qualify. Sorry, no refunds issued for cancellations after August 2.
