Capital Equipment Sales Tax Exemption Classes Being Offered Across the State

October 29, 2015

The Minnesota Department of Revenue is offering courses on Capital Equipment and Industrial Production sales tax exemptions in cities across the state.   The course is designed to help businesses (or utilities) understand what qualifies as capital equipment and how to distinguish if the use of a good makes it eligible for an exemption.  The class is free and would provide a great resource for member utilities' accounting/bookkeeping staff.  Click here to register for one of the remaining sessions (listed below).

November 10-Rochester
November 12- Mankato
November 17- Duluth
November 19- St. Paul
