The Conservation Improvement Program (CIP) team at the Minnesota Department of Commerce, Division of Energy Resources, reminds utilities that the deadline for cooperative and municipal utilities to report on 2015 CIP results and 2017 CIP plans via ReportingESP has been extended to July 1, 2016. Instructions for completing the reports were sent to utility representatives on April 29 via email. Utilities that cannot log in to ReportingESP should contact Laura Silver at laura.silver@state.mn.us.
