Latest COVID Mitigation Guide for Utilities Issued

The Electricity Subsector Coordinating Council (ESCC) on Feb. 24 released its latest resource guide on Assessing and Mitigating the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19). This is the 10th version of the guide issued by the ESCC, which serves as the principal liaison between the federal government and the electric power industry on efforts to prepare for, and respond to, national-level disasters or threats to critical infrastructure. This guide may be of interest to municipal utilities as they consider their approach to the latest phase of the COVID-19 response.
