Now available to farmers and utilities across the state, this guide marks the first time in Minnesota a broad-based stakeholder group came together to agree on an approach for handling stray voltage cases. Participants included all of the state's utilities and agriculture representatives. The Minnesota guide carries forward the same testing protocols used in Iowa, and the same threshold levels for determining when action is appropriate.
