MMUA Conducts Comprehensive Industry Survey

MMUA is conducting a comprehensive industry survey aimed at informing the organization’s evolution during these challenging times. The survey is currently open for input from those who spends their days working in or supporting municipal utilities. If you are one of those people, your voice is important to MMUA. We hope you will take a few minutes to share your ideas about where things are headed in your community or client base, the topics that concern you as our industry evolves, and ways MMUA can evolve to better meet your needs.

To maximize the responses from people in our industry, MMUA is sending this survey to everyone on our mailing lists—and we ask for your help as well. Please forward this survey to your local utility colleagues, commission and/or council members, and vendors that support municipal utilities.

Survey responses will be strictly confidential, and data from this research will be publicly reported only in aggregate. We do ask you to provide information so that we may contact you about your answers and invite further input into the organization’s path forward. This is not mandatory, but it would be very helpful. We will use the information you provide to help MMUA evolve, improve, and position itself to continue meeting the needs of municipal utilities well into the future.
