Taylor Joins MMUA as JTS, Apprenticeship Instructor

Mike Taylor has joined MMUA as a Job Training and Safety and Apprenticeship Instructor. 

Taylor has 36 years of experience in the electric utility industry. Prior to MMUA, Taylor worked for 24 years for Grand Marais Public Utility, most recently as line superintendent. He also worked as a lineman for electrical contractors and electric cooperatives.

A native of the Walker area, Taylor graduated from the lineman training school at what is now known as the Minnesota State Community and Technical College in Wadena.

Taylor has been active in MMUA meetings, workshops and schools over the years.
