Metering & Device Management Supervisor

Under the direction of the Manager of Maintenance and Construction – T&D, the Metering and Device Management Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of Metering and Device Management staff in completing all aspects of electric and water revenue metering calibration, installation, meter reading, and recordkeeping; and providing technical support to other divisions with respect to customer billing.

Education and Experience
*Completion of an accredited two year college or technical school electrical program AND five (5) years of full-time employment experience in utility revenue meter installation, operation and maintenance, with at least two (2) years of technical leadership or supervisory experience.
OR
*An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job may also be considered at the discretion of the hiring manager.

*Suitable experience includes a combination of electrical theory; electric and water revenue metering equipment and practices; general electric utility safety practices, and specifically electric and water meter/service safety practices; electric meter software and testing programs; electric revenue meter theory, the NESC, the NEC, and RPU Rules and Regulations. Experience must be of electric utility work or directly comparable industry work. 

Licenses and/or Certifications
Possession of a valid driver's license
