IT Helpdesk and Communications Technician

In this role you will be responsible for providing technical support to end users, troubleshooting issues related to desktop/laptop hardware, Microsoft operating systems, software applications, printers and phones. Using a ticket system, issues will be organized and documented. You will also be responsible for the acquisition, configuration and deployment of end user hardware, including printers/copier and mobile devices.

Candidate must have an associate’s degree or equivalent work experience. Excellent communication and written skills, general knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, Office and Active Directory.
