TRADE SHOW TABLES ARE SOLD OUT!

You are welcome to attend the show without a table. To do so, register as a single attendee at the bottom of this page. We may be able to allow some tables in the hallway. If interested, please email Rita Kelly for availability.

 

Associate members are invited to participate at the Technical & Operations Conference with any of the following:

Trade Show & Reception

Wednesday, December 4
Show runs 5 to 7 pm / Set up begins at 3 pm
Our trade show and reception is a great opportunity for our Associate members to meet with the attendees of our Technical & Operations Conference. Attendees tend to be superintendents and foremen.

  • Tables are six-foot draped with two chairs or you can have an open space without a table to setup your own display.
  • Each person receives 3 drink tickets and a name badge. Hors d'oeuvres will also be served during the reception.
  • Set-up begins at 3 pm in the Grand Ballroom. Exhibit spaces will be pre-assigned. Name badges will be at your table/space.

Registration Fees*

Exhibit Space with Table: $170 each / $210 each on/after Nov. 2
Exhibit Space without Table: $170 each / $210 each on/after Nov. 2
Attendees: $30 per person / $35 per person on/after Nov. 2
Electricity: $30

Placement Requests:  In the comment section of your on-line registration purchase, please include requests for placement (companies to be near or competitors to be separated from).

Space is limited and shall be assigned on a first-come basis. We recommend reserving your spot immediately for best availability, however, space cannot be guaranteed.

Deadline: November 11 (unless space sells out sooner)

* Annual Sponsors are eligible for one exhibit space with electricity (if needed) and two attendees at Summer Conference OR the Technical & Operations Conference show. When registering on-line, select the Bill Utility or Company in payment options and we will adjust the fee for you. Credit card payments will be refunded with $20 processing fee. Not sure if you're an annual sponsor? Check our website for listings.

Vendor Showcase

Wednesday, December 4
4 - 4:45 pm

Vendors will have 5 minutes to talk to conference attendees about their products or services. Space a limited to 10 and will be taken on first come basis. Register today!   THIS EVENT IS SOLD OUT

Sponsorships

MMUA offers you an opportunity to sponsor several events during the T&O Conference. Signs with your company's logo will be placed at the event site and your company will be listed in the conference program. Options are:

  • Co-sponsor a Refreshment Break for $350
  • Co-sponsor the Hors d'oeuvres at the Reception for $350
  • Co-sponsor Beverage Tickets at the Reception for $500

Hospitality Suites

To sponsor a Hospitality Suite, contact Kelly Inn Sales Department at 320.258.8404 or email Lindsay Latterell for more information. The Kelly Inn will not allow you to bring in food and beverage items from outside the hotel. Suites are available for December 4 and 5.

Hotel Information

Best Western Plus Kelly Inn rooms are $99 per night + tax. Reservations can be made online using our special link or you can call the hotel directly at 320.253.0606 and ask for MMUA's room block. Reservation cut-off date is November 15, 2019. After that date, reservations are accepted on a space available basis at prevailing rates.

Photographs

By registering for this event I/we authorize Minnesota Municipal Utilities Association (MMUA) to photograph me at this event and use such photographs in MMUA marketing materials (both electronic and print). I/we understand that I/we will not be paid for giving this consent.
