Associate members are invited to participate at the Technical & Operations Conference with any of the following:

Trade Show & Reception

Wednesday, December 8

Show runs 5 to 7 pm / Setup begins at 3 pm
Our trade show and reception is a great opportunity for our Associate members to meet with the attendees of our Technical & Operations Conference. Attendees tend to be superintendents and foremen.

  • Tables are six-foot draped.
  • Attendees receive 3 drink tickets and a name badge. Hors d'oeuvres will also be served during the reception.
  • Setup begins at 3 pm in the Grand Ballroom. Tables will be pre-assigned. Badges will be at your table.

Registration Fees*

6' Draped Table:  $225 / $265 after Nov. 2
Attendees:  $30 per person / $35 per person after Nov. 2
Electricity:  $30

Placement Requests:  In the comment section of your on-line registration purchase, please include requests for placement (companies to be near or competitors to be separated from).

Space is limited and shall be assigned on a first-come basis. We recommend reserving your spot immediately for best availability, however, space cannot be guaranteed.

Deadline to Register:  November 12 (unless space sells out sooner)

* Annual Sponsors are eligible for one complimentary exhibit space with electricity (if needed) and two attendees at the Summer Conference OR the Technical & Operations Conference show. When registering online, select the Bill Utility or Company in payment options and we will adjust the fee for you. Credit card payments will be refunded with $20 processing fee. Vendor Product Showcase

Wednesday, December 8
4 - 4:45 pm

Vendors will have 5 minutes to talk to conference attendees about their products and services. Pre-registration is required. Limit to first 10 companies. Confirmed participants will be contacted/provided instructions closer to event. Register today!

Sponsorship Opportunities

MMUA offers you an opportunity to sponsor several events during the T&O Conference. Sponsoring company logos will be featured on signage at the event and company name will be listed in the conference program. Co-sponsor options are:

  • Reception Beverage Tickets for $600
  • Reception Hors d'oeuvres for $500
  • Conference Luncheon for $500 — NEW
  • Conference Refreshment Break for $400

Hospitality Suites

To sponsor a Hospitality Suite, contact the Kelly Inn Sales Department at 320-258.8404 or email Lindsay Latterell for more information. The Kelly Inn does not allow food or beverage items to be brought in from outside the hotel.

The hotel block closes on November 7, 2021, however, the hotel may continue to accept reservations after the cut-off date on a space available basis, at prevailing rates. Please make your hotel reservations as soon as possible as availability is limited and cannot be guaranteed

By registering for this event I/we authorize Minnesota Municipal Utilities Association (MMUA) to photograph me at this event and use such photographs in MMUA marketing materials (both electronic and print). I/we understand that I/we will not be paid for giving this consent.


Cancellations are subject to a $30 charge if received by 4:30 pm on November 12, 2021. No refunds issued after November 12.
