Associate members are invited to participate at the Summer Conference by sponsoring events, reserving a table at our trade show or hosting a hospitality suite. If you have other sponsor ideas not listed below, let us know.

Trade Show & Reception

Tuesday, August 21, 5-7 pm (set up begins at 2 pm)

Our trade show and reception is a great opportunity for our Associate members to meet with the attendees of our Summer Conference. Attendees tend to be general managers, superintendents and other key management positions as well as governing board members.

Set up beings at 2 pm. Exhibit spaces will be pre-assigned. Each person attending receives a name badge and access to the reception. Registration is $20* per person / $25 per person on/after July 24.

Exhibit space is $160* per spot / $185 per spot on/after July 24, and you select if you want a six-foot table with chairs or an open space to setup your own display. Electrical hook-up can be added for $30*.

In the comment section of your on-line registration purchase, please include instructions for placement (companies to be near or competitors to be separated from).

* Annual Sponsors are eligible for one exhibit space with electricity (if needed) and two attendees at either the Summer Conference OR the Technical & Operations Conference show. When registering on-line, select the Bill Utility or Company in payment options so we can adjust the fee. Not sure if you're an annual sponsor? Registration deadline August 10, 2018 unless space sells out sooner.

Another way to be a part of our Summer Conference is to sponsor an event. Below is a list of options we have available. If you have other ideas not listed, please let us know.

A sign with your company's logo will be posted at the event site and you will be listed in the official conference program.

* Please let us know that you are bringing cups or golf balls by registering for this item. Not only are there limited quantities available, but we would like to acknowledge you.

Hospitality Suites

To host a hospitality suite, you will have two contacts. To reserve a room, call Kristie Chisholm at 320.759.5010 or email kchisholm@arrowwooodresort.com. To order food and beverage, call Linda Kusmak at 320.762.5249 or email lkusmak@arrowwoodresort.com. Arrowwood does not allow you to bring in food items from outside the resort.

Lodging & Meals

Arrowwood has a special one or two-night package for lodging and meals for those attending MMUA's Summer Conference. You can make your reservations one of two ways:

  1. Online using our special link (do not enter dates at top; scroll down and fill in form)
  2. Printable form that you can mail, email or fax in (see instructions on the form)

Meals are included with the special packages noted above. If you are not staying at Arrowwood or have a guest and/or a child accompanying you, you will need to pre-order meal tickets. To order meal tickets, please use the same reservation links above. Tickets are to be ordered directly through Arrowwood and picked up at their registration desk upon arrival.

Cancellations/Refunds

MMUA will issue a refund, minus $30 a processing fee, for registrations cancelled by August 3, 2018. MMUA must be notified by 4:30 pm on August 3 to qualify. Sorry, no refunds issued for cancellations after August 3.

Photographs

By registering for this event I/we authorize Minnesota Municipal Utilities Association (MMUA) to photograph me at this event and use such photographs in MMUA marketing materials (both electronic and print). I/we understand that I/we will not be paid for giving this consent.
