Who We’re Looking For:

• Strong leadership in water/wastewater operations and staff management
• Proven ability to ensure regulatory compliance, manage department budgets, and oversee operational effectiveness
• Exceptional communication skills and proficiency with current technology and data systems relevant to water/wastewater management
• Bachelor’s degree or substantial relevant experience in water/wastewater treatment
• Class C Water and Wastewater Licenses (or ability to obtain shortly)
• CDL Class B license or equivalent
