T & O Conference Trade Show

Associate members are invited to participate at the Technical & Operations Conference with any of the following:

Trade Show & Reception

Wednesday, December 5
Show runs 5 to 7 pm

  • Tables are six-foot draped with two chairs or you can have an open space without a table to setup your own display.
  • Each person receives 3 drink tickets and a name badge. Hors d'oeuvres will also be served during the reception.
  • Set-up begins at 3 pm in the Grand Ballroom. Tables/spaces will be pre-assigned and badges will be at your table/space.

In the comment section of your on-line registration purchase, please include instructions for placement (companies to be near or competitors to be separated from).

Space is limited and shall be assigned on a first-come basis. We recommend reserving your spot immediately for best availability, however, space cannot be guaranteed.

Vendor Showcase

Wednesday, December 5
4 - 4:45 pm

Vendors will have 5 minutes to talk to conference attendees about their products or services. Space a limited to 10 and will be taken on first come basis. Register today!

Sponsorships

MMUA offers you an opportunity to sponsor several events during the T&O Conference. Signs with your company's logo will be placed at the event site and your company will be listed in the conference program. Options are:

  • Co-sponsor a Refreshment Break for $350
  • Co-sponsor the Hors d'oeuvres at the Reception for $350
  • Co-sponsor Beverage Tickets at the Reception for $350

Hospitality Suites

To sponsor a Hospitality Suite, contact Kelly Inn Sales Department at 320.258.8404 or email Lindsay Latterell for more information. The Kelly Inn will not allow you to bring in food and beverage items from outside the hotel. Suites are available for December 4 and 5.

Hotel Information

Best Western Plus Kelly Inn rooms are $97 per night + tax. Call the hotel directly at 320.253.0606 and ask for the MMUA room block. You can also make reservations online using our special link. Reservation cut-off date is November 20, 2018. After that date, reservations are accepted on a space available basis at prevailing rates.

Note to Annual Sponsors:

Be sure to take advantage of your one complimentary trade show table. Check with Rita Kelly if you are unsure if you have used yours yet. When registering online, please select the Bill Utility or Company in payment options so we can adjust the fee if you still have a complimentary trade show available. Do not pay by credit card.
