Associate members are invited to participate at the Technical & Operations Conference with any of the following:

Trade Show & Reception

Wednesday, December 6

Show runs 5:00–7:00 pm with setup beginning at 2:00 pm.
Our trade show and reception is a great opportunity for our Associate members to meet with the attendees of our Technical & Operations Conference. Attendees tend to be superintendents, managers, crew leaders, and key technical personnel.

  • Tables are six-foot draped.
  • Attendees receive 2 drink tickets and a name badge. Hors d'oeuvres will also be served during the reception.
  • Setup begins at 2:00 pm in the hotel's Atrium area. Tables will be pre-assigned. Badges and materials will be at your table.

Registration Fees*

6' Draped Table:  $250 / $300 after Nov. 3
Attendees:  $45 per person / $50 per person after Nov. 3
Electricity:  $50

Placement Requests:  In the comment section of your on-line registration purchase, please include requests for placement (companies to be near or competitors to be separated from).

Limited space will be held available for walk-up registration. These individuals will be granted access to walk around the trade show, but booth space will not be available. The cost for walk-up registration is $55.

Space is limited and shall be assigned on a first-come basis. We recommend reserving your spot immediately for best availability, however, space cannot be guaranteed.

Sponsorship Opportunities

MMUA offers you an opportunity to sponsor several events during the T&O Conference. Sponsoring company logos will be featured on signage at the event and company name will be listed in the conference program. Co-sponsor options are:

Hospitality Suites

To sponsor a Hospitality Suite, please email Christian Glanville or call 763-746-0727. The cost of a hospitality suite sponsorship is $550. Hotel fees for room rental or food and beverage are not included. The Holiday Inn does not allow food or beverage items to be brought in from outside the hotel.

MMUA has secured a reduced room rate of $99 per night + tax. Use our special link for online reservations. You can also call the hotel directly at 320.253.9000, option 2 and ask for MMUA's room block.

The hotel block closes on November 4, 2023, however, the hotel may continue to accept reservations after the cut-off date on a space available basis, at prevailing rates. Please make your hotel reservations as soon as possible as availability is limited and cannot be guaranteed

The hotel must be notified in advance of shipping arrangements to ensure proper acceptance of these items upon arrival. Email Trevor Beaudry or call 320.656.3491 ext. 491. Shipments cannot arrive earlier than three days prior to the event date.

Photographs

By registering for this event I/we authorize Minnesota Municipal Utilities Association (MMUA) to photograph me at this event and use such photographs in MMUA marketing materials (both electronic and print). I/we understand that I/we will not be paid for giving this consent.

Cancellations

Cancellations are subject to a $35 charge if received by 4:30 pm on November 17, 2023. No refunds issued after November 17.
