MMUA 2025 Summer Conference–Vendor Trade Show
The MMUA Summer Conference is a premier event that brings together municipal utility leaders from across Minnesota and surrounding states for networking, professional development, and social engagement. The 2025 conference will take place in Rochester, Minnesota.
We invite vendors to participate in the Trade Show and/or support the event through sponsorship opportunities.
Trade show details for vendors
- Date and time: Tuesday, August 19, from 5:00 to 7:00 pm
- Location: Heritage Hall Foyer, Subway level of The Kahler Grand Hotel.
- Setup time: Begins at 2:00 pm (no early arrivals please)
Each table purchase includes one attendee pass. If you plan to bring additional representatives, extra tickets are available for purchase. Electricity requires a separate add-on purchase.
Unloading at the hotel: The Mayo Clinic has begun an extensive construction project in the area which is impacting streets around the hotel. The Kahler suggests you arrive on 2nd Ave SW where they have three temporary valet parking spots. The bellman can assist getting your materials onto a cart and hold while you park. This side also has elevators that will take you to the Subway level to the trade show area. If you have smaller items and don't need a cart, park in the ramp and make your way to the Heritage Foyer at Subway level.

We are offering a limited number of tables to exhibit throughout the conference. Tables will be located just outside of the ballroom allowing you to meet with customers during the breaks.

Tuesday, August 19–8:00 am to 7:00 pm *
Wednesday, August 20–8:00 am to 12:00 pm
* The trade show will be held in this same area so you won't have to move.

- Table cancellations received by 5:00 pm on August 1, 2025, are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
- Refunds issued to a credit card will incur an additional 3% processing fee.
- No refunds will be issued after August 1.
