Position Description:
- ALP Utilities is located in Alexandria, MN and is looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The primary objective of the CSR is providing front‑line support to ALP Utilities customers by assisting with payments, account inquiries, service requests, and billing‑related questions. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate customer records, ensuring timely processing of transactions, and delivering professional, courteous service. The pay range for this position is $25.71-$32.14 per hour. This position is a full-time role, 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday from 7:30AM-4:00PM based in our Operations Center. ALP Utilities benefits include Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Long-Term Disability, Basic Life and AD&D, Health Saving Account, Public Employees Retirement Association (PERA) and Deferred Compensation.
