Electrical Line Apprentice

About the Role
As an apprentice, you’ll work alongside experienced line workers to install, maintain, and repair electrical power systems. This is a hands-on, outdoor position that requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety.
What You’ll Do
· Assist with construction, maintenance, and repair of overhead and underground power lines
· Learn proper use of tools, equipment, and safety procedures
· Support crews in setting poles, stringing wire, and troubleshooting outages
· Participate in training programs and classroom instruction
· Work in all weather conditions and respond to emergency call-outs as needed
What We’re Looking For
· High school diploma or GED
· Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred or willingness to obtain)
· Ability to work at heights and in physically demanding environments
· Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
· Willingness to learn and follow strict safety standards
