Position Description:
• Sales position in the territory of S. Minnesota, E. South Dakota.
• Manage all aspects of utility and coop account relationships with both agency and represented manufacturers.
• Profitably sell products to utility and coops increasing Rouzer Group’s market share in specified territory.
• Build relationships with utility and coops to understand their individual business models and buying patterns.
• Call on utility contractors, engineers, and trade schools.
• Demonstrate advantages of Rouzer Group’s represented products to utility, coop, and distributors.
• Maximize brand awareness of represented manufacturers and identify opportunities.
• Utilize agency resources to benefit customers (Inside Sales, Demand Creation team, and CRM software).
• Represent Rouzer Group in a professional and ethical manner.
