Water Operator Marshall Municipal Utilities

Marshall Municipal Utilities (MMU), located in Marshall, Minnesota, is accepting applications for the position of Water Operator. The Water Operator is accountable for operating and maintaining a safe water utility serving approximately 14,000 residents.

Applicants must have a combination of training and experience that contributes to an adequate vocational/technical understanding of water technology and/or water distribution construction, a Class D water license will be required within two years. A 20 minute on-call response time is mandatory.

Effective January 1, 2025, compensation for this position ranges from $70,535 to $88,168 commensurate with experience and qualifications. MMU also offers an excellent benefits package.
