Rita Kelly

Rita Kelly serves as the Director of Administration at MMUA, where she has been a dedicated team member since 1986. Over the years, she has held key roles including Administrative Assistant and Finance Manager, before stepping into her current leadership position in 2010. Rita brings a wealth of experience in nonprofit operations, event planning, office management, and technical assistance. Her deep institutional knowledge and commitment to MMUA’s mission make her an integral part of the organization’s success in supporting municipal utilities across Minnesota.
