Crisis communication and media relations for utility leaders (DUEL)
In today's fast-paced media environment, utility leaders must be prepared to communicate clearly, confidently, and strategically--especially during times of crisis. This course equips participants with the tools and techniques to manage public messaging, engage with media outlets, and maintain trust with stakeholders when the stakes are high.
A virtual link will be sent after registration. Attendee must have a device (computer, tablet, or phone) with Internet access, a webcam, and mic.
Who can attend?
The DUEL elective courses are open to anyone:
- Registered DUEL participants for an elective choice
- Registered DUEL participants for an add-on elective (additional fee)
- Members who are not registered for DUEL program
- Non-members who are not registered for DUEL program
