Navigating the interview process (DUEL)
Identifying talent with integrity and compliance
This course will equip new leaders with the skills necessary to conduct effective and legal interviews. Topics will focus on enhancing leadership capabilities in asking the right questions, assessing talent, making informed hiring decisions, and fostering a positive candidate experience.
A virtual link will be sent after registration. Attendee must have a device (computer, tablet, or phone) with Internet access, a webcam, and mic.
Who can attend?
The DUEL elective courses are open to anyone:
- Registered DUEL participants for an elective choice
- Registered DUEL participants for an add-on elective (additional fee)
- Members who are not registered for DUEL program
- Non-members who are not registered for DUEL program
