This course equips leaders with the tools and strategies to build a resilient leadership pipeline and ensure operational continuity through effective succession planning and cross-training. As the utility sector faces rapid change, aging infrastructure, and workforce transitions, preparing future-ready leaders is no longer optional–it's essential.

A virtual link will be sent after registration. Attendee must have a device (computer, tablet, or phone) with Internet access, a webcam, and mic.

The DUEL elective courses are open to anyone:

  • Registered DUEL participants for an elective choice
  • Registered DUEL participants for an add-on elective (additional fee)
  • Members who are not registered for DUEL program
  • Non-members who are not registered for DUEL program
