ELECTRIC JOURNEY LINE WORKER

The City of Melrose Public Utilities is accepting applications for the position of Electric Journey Line Worker. This position performs skilled duties in the operation, construction, maintenance and repair of the electrical distribution, generation, metering and SCADA systems. Works on-call and responds to emergencies and/or repairs as needed.

Qualifications include: Technical college diploma in line worker training or equivalent training. To qualify for the Journey Line Worker position must have certification in a 4-year electric line worker apprenticeship program or a MN Lineman License. 2025 Salary Range DOQ: $42.35 – $47.06. Excellent
