FT - $45.20-$59.07 Hourly (DOQ & position)

The City of North St. Paul is recruiting a full-time Electric Apprentice Lineperson OR an Electric Lineperson (wage commensurate with experience and qualifications).
The Electric Lineperson installs and maintains overhead and underground distribution system to ensure safe, uninterrupted and reliable power to our electric customers. Works on or near energized electric conductors, drives and operates heavy equipment and operates SCADA system.
The Electric Apprentice Lineperson completes all phases of Electrical Line worker Career Development Program including the academic and on-the-job training required for compliance with the Apprenticeship Agreement.

Qualifications: 

• Electric Lineperson - High school diploma and completion of ElectricalLineworker Program. 
  Electric Apprentice Lineperson - High School Diploma and completion of Electrical Apprentice Lineworker Program.
• Valid MN Commercial driver’s license, Valid MN Commercial Driver’s License, minimum of class B with ability to get class A within 6 months.
