MMUA 2026 Summer Conference–Vendor Trade Show

The MMUA Summer Conference is a premier event that brings together municipal utility leaders from across Minnesota and surrounding states for networking, professional development, and social engagement. The 2026 conference will take place in Saint Cloud, Minnesota.

We invite vendors to participate in the Trade Show and/or support the event through sponsorship opportunities.

Trade show details for vendors 
  • Date and time:  Tuesday, August 18, from 5:00 to 7:00 pm
  • Location:  River's Edge Convention Center, Terry Haws C room
  • Setup time:  Begins at 2:00 pm (no early arrivals please)

Each table purchase includes one attendee pass. If you plan to bring additional representatives, extra tickets are available for purchase. Electricity requires a separate add-on purchase.

Do you want more time with conference attendees? Extend your exhibit time for the entire conference!

We are offering a limited number of tables to exhibit throughout the conference. Tables will be located just outside of the conference room allowing you to meet with customers during the breaks.

Wednesday, August 19, 8:00 am to 12:00 pm

  • Refunds issued to a credit card will incur an additional 3% processing fee.
  • No refunds will be issued after July 31.
  • Attendee substitutions are allowed at any time.
