Construction Administrator (Contract Administrator)

Join an award-winning wastewater industry leader in protecting our environment! The Metropolitan Council’s Environmental Services (MCES) division operates and maintains nine water resource recovery facilities in the Twin Cities metro area.
MCES has three (3) vacancies open in these disciplines: Civil/Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical.
This position will assist in the administration and management of capital construction projects to ensure that they are executed promptly, according to plans and specifications, within industry quality standards, and budget requirements.
Minimum Requirements:
Any of the following combinations of completed education in Construction Management or a related field, and experience in (heavy/commercial/industrial) construction management and/or field experience, with emphasis in the civil/structural, mechanical, or electrical discipline (must include experience with 480V to 13.8 KV).
- Bachelor's degree or higher AND three (3) years of experience.
- Associate's degree AND five (5) years of experience.
- High School Diploma or GED AND seven (7) years of experience.
License Requirements
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
Salary Range: $81,972.80 - $132,932.80 Annually
