ELECTRIC LINE SUPERVISOR

The City of Melrose Public Utilities is accepting applications for the position of Electric Line Supervisor. This position is responsible for the operation, construction, and maintenance of the entire electrical system. Supervises electric department staff. Works on-call and responds to emergencies and/or repairs as needed.

Qualifications include: Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school in electrical line worker training plus certificate of completion of an approved apprenticeship certification program for a journey lineworker. Prefer a minimum of five years with leadership experience in electrical distribution and power production or combination of education and experience required. General supervisory experience is preferred.

• 2025 Base Salary: Up to $120,640.00
• Average On-Call Pay: Additional $7,500.00/year
