Manager of Geographic Information Services (GIS) – Rochester Public Utilities

Nature of Work
This is a technical position responsible for managing the activities and functions of the Geographic Information Services Section at Rochester Public Utilities (RPU). Work is performed under the general supervision of the Director of Power Delivery and requires the use of independent judgment and discretion in overseeing the enterprise GIS systems, Property Rights, Land Survey, and Drafting functions for RPU’s Electric and Water Utilities. This position directs the work of staff and consultants.

Work Schedule - The regular work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. This position may be eligible for remote work up to two days a week after the initial 6-month probationary period.

Pay - The starting salary range is $107,123 to $126,007, with advancement to $157,533. 

Benefits -This position is eligible for benefits offered by the City of Rochester.
