Building Official / Zoning Administrator

The City of Breckenridge, population of 3,300, located in West Central Minnesota, is searching for a Building Official / Zoning Administrator. The position is responsible for the inspection of properties for compliance with local and state regulations, codes, ordinances and laws. This person will issue building permits and ensure they are accurately carried out, and will do some surveying, designing, and drafting of public improvement projects.
