FT Journeyman Lineworker
The City of St. Charles, Minnesota, is seeking a full-time Journeyman Lineworker to join its municipal electric utility team. The position maintains, repairs, and installs overhead and underground electric distribution systems and responds to outages to ensure safe and reliable electric service.
The 2026 salary range is $76,710–$85,217, depending on qualifications and experience, plus excellent benefits, including a City-funded HSA, health insurance with 100% of the employee premium and 50% of dependent premiums paid by the City, PERA retirement, paid leave and holidays, life insurance, and overtime/on-call compensation.
Applicants must be a certified Journeyman Lineworker, possess or obtain a Class A CDL within six months, and be within a 30-minute response time when on-call.
